You may use our tools for lawful personal or professional document processing. You agree not to:

  All uploaded files are permanently deleted within 60 minutes — no backups

  We never read, open, or view the content of your documents

  All transfers use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS)

  Passwords for PDF protection are never stored or logged anywhere

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license only to process your file for the requested operation. This license expires automatically when your file is deleted.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any files you upload.

The name InstantSnapPDF, logo, UI design, and source code are our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, or mimic our website design or branding without prior written permission.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% conversion accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Always verify processed output before using in official or legal submissions.

InstantSnapPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss or conversion errors — arising from use of the Service. Since the Service is free, our total liability is ₹0.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
